TEEN WELLNESS SERIES

4 Weeks of Building Confidence + Self Love...

This course will meet every Sunday from 3:45-4:45 PM starting November 24th and ending on December 15th.

Lay the foundation for proper nutrition. Meet with health coach, Chelsea Baptiste, to learn how to properly fuel your body. Your daughter will get clear about her personal health goals, learn how to eat mindfully and most importantly build a positive relationship with food!

WEEK 1: NUTRITION

Learn the proper skincare for changing skin. Licensed skin specialist, Emily Castner, will help your daughter navigate through the hormonal changes her skin may be facing. Emily will show each girl what all-natural, clean products she should be using for her skin type. Plus your daughter will learn the important steps of how to take care of her skin at early age!

WEEK 2: SKINCARE

Find movement in our flow to restore yoga class with our Teen Yoga Teacher, Amy Soroko. Your daughter will learn how to connect movement to mindful breathing. Plus, she’ll learn Amy’s best restorative poses to calm the mind and stretch the body.

WEEK 3: MOVEMENT

Learn the power of mindfulness. The final week Chelsea Alban will teach the girls how paying attention to our thoughts and feelings enables us to manage our emotions through difficult situations. Each girl will get a “backpack of tools” she can call on to manage stress and anxiety, all while building a stronger sense of self.

WEEK 4: MINDFULNESS 

The price of the course is $100 and will include free products and samples for each girl to take home to help her on her wellness journey.
