TEEN MOVEMENT+ Mindfulnes SERIES

6 Weeks of Building Confidence + Self Love...

This course will meet Sunday from 3:30-4:30 PM

February 23rd - March 29th 

PLUS - your teen will have unlimited text/email coaching support with Chelsea throughout the six weeks! 

Learn the power of setting goals. The first week Chelsea Alban will teach the girls how to set attainable goals in different areas of their lives, and the steps to take each day to make those goals happen. Including tips on what to do when we fall off the wagon to quickly get back on! 

WEEK 1: GOAL SETTING

Find movement in our flow to restore yoga class with our Teen Yoga Teacher, Amy Soroko. Your daughter will learn how to connect movement to mindful breathing. Plus, she’ll learn Amy’s best restorative poses to calm the mind and stretch the body. 

WEEK 2: YOGA

Aromatic Oils

Meditation is one of the best tools to combat anxiety, stress and depression. They are multiple meditation techniques, and it's all about finding the one that works for you. Chelsea Alban will take the girls through different meditation so they can find the right fit for them and learn how to practice it at home. Plus each attendee will learn about essential oils and go home with a custom blend! 

WEEK 3: MEDITATION + ESSENTIAL OILS

Tone and tighten with Chelsea Baptiste. In this class she'll learn how to use her own body weight to tone her entire body. Plus she be introduced to easy to use props, such as mini resistant bands, pilates balls and more. This class is all about small movements but major burn! 

WEEK 4: BARRE/PILATES

Vision boards calls for self-reflection of your past and dreaming big for your future. This exercise will help your teen visualize their future in detail and discover what it is they really want in the next chapter of their lives. Seeing their vision board regularly—with images representing their goals—helps remind them what they want to do, be, and have; and helps to keep them moving towards those things.

WEEK 5: VISION BOARD 

Our last movement class is all about using weights to strengthen the body. We'll first discuss how to choose the correct weights, proper form and why combining cardio with strength training is key. Then Chelsea will lead the girls through a 45 minute CardioWeights class suitable for teens! 

WEEK 6: STRENGTH TRAINING

PLUS during the 6 weeks your daughter is able to text/email Chelsea to ask questions, receive guidance or talk through situations.
